For those applicants who were successful in gaining pre-approval for their 2010 ERIP application, please use the following Notice of Completion form to notify us within 30 days once the equipment is installed and in-service. Notice of Completion: All applicants seeking incentive payment after gaining pre-approval for a retrofit project must complete and submit a single Notice of Completion once the equipment is installed and in-service.
Submission Transmittal Form: All applicants must complete and submit a single Submission Transmittal form with the completed Application form.
Application Form: All applicants must complete and submit a single Application form regardless of the number of prescriptive measures or custom projects being applied for.
